Gratituesday: No more cigars!

My dad has smoked cigars off and on for years. He finally gave them up. As a tobacco control professional, you can imagine how happy this makes me. No more riding around with that nasty smoke in the car. He will save a lot of money and is doing a lot to protect his health. YAY!

Fall...mmmmm.....

Today has been full things that make fall awesome. Fall-scented candles, pumpkin shopping and hanging my fall wreath. Tonight, I'm making chili and watching my PIRATES take on Southern Miss.
